General Instructions for the Candidates
- Candidates are responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided in their application forms.
- If the details provided by the applicant are not correct or in violation of college rules, the Principal may cancel admission.
- If there is a tie between candidates who have the same entrance test marks, then the order in which merit is determined will be as follows:
- Higher marks in Mathematics are awarded to candidates who take the MEC/CEC entrance exam.
- Higher marks in Biological are awarded to the candidates.
- BiPC entrance exam: Science.
- The higher English marks will be awarded to the candidate if the tie continues.
- The tie continues, but the highest marks obtained by the candidate for the Social Studies for MEC/CEC and Physical Science for MPC, respectively, will be awarded.
- If the tie continues, it can be resolved by using advanced age as a criteria.
- Candidates from the non-representative group shall be considered if the tie persists.
- Only the applicant’s application will be accepted and recorded. If a candidate does not complete the form or gives incorrect information, it is the responsibility of the candidate.
